Your Path to Hormone Care

You know something has shifted.

That’s exactly where most people are when they find us. You don’t need to arrive with answers. You just need a place to start.

Which one sounds like you?

You want specialized medical attention that’s been hard to find in this system. This is for anyone with hormonal symptoms, and it’s not only about menopause. It’s for perimenopause & menopause, for PCOS, for PMDD, for the cycle-related mood changes no one connected to your hormones, for postpartum shifts that never settled, and for the fatigue, brain fog, and weight changes you’ve been told are just stress or age. Testosterone declines in men too. Or it’s something you can’t fully name yet. Book a Hormone Consult (BHRT).

You want to address the foundations. You want to address the foundations, the systems that influence how your hormones behave, sleep, stress, gut health, nutrients, and adrenal function. This is often the biggest lever for anyone not looking for prescription care right now. We explore how hormone changes, physiological shifts and broader health factors may be influencing how you feel, and how to support your body as a whole. Book a Naturopathic Consult.

You’re looking for targeted support, not a care plan.

Red Light Therapy A non-invasive, medical-grade therapy explored for fatigue, disrupted sleep, skin changes, mood shifts, and inflammatory conditions.

Acupuncture One of the most well-researched complementary approaches in women’s hormonal health- painful periods, hot flashes, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, sleep disruption, and stress response.

Skin Health Hormonal shifts directly affect collagen, hydration, and texture. Care is delivered by providers who understand what’s happening beneath the surface, not just on it.

Iron Infusions One of the most commonly missed contributors to fatigue and brain fog in women. When oral supplementation isn’t enough, intravenous iron is a clinically established alternative.

Psychological Support Hormonal change doesn’t stay in your body. It reaches your libido, your confidence, your patience, and the relationships carrying the weight of all of it. Our registered psychologist works alongside your hormone care, so the emotional side of what you’re moving through has somewhere to go too, not just the physical.

Not sure which path is yours?

If something feels off but you aren’t sure where to begin, start with an Initial Hormone Consult (BHRT). Our Nurse Practitioner reviews your symptoms and health history in full, then points you to the right next step. This kind of care has been hard to find in the current system. Not because your doctor missed something, but because hormone care like this sits outside what most family practices are built to do.

There’s no symptom threshold you have to hit first. Normal results from a past provider don’t disqualify you. They’re often a reason to come in. You don’t need to be in menopause, and you don’t need recent labs.

Signs an Initial Hormone Consult (BHRT) makes sense. You don’t need all of these. One that sounds like you is enough.

  • Sleep that’s lighter or broken, and energy that fades through the day
  • Mood, anxiety, or focus that doesn’t match your life
  • Weight or body composition shifting with no change in how you eat or move
  • Changes in your cycle, libido, or recovery
  • Perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, PCOS, PMDD, or low testosterone
  • Symptoms you’ve been told are just stress or aging, that you can’t fully name yet

This isn’t only a women’s list. Testosterone declines in men too, slowly, usually written off as age. The consult evaluates it for him the same way.

If part of you is quietly sure you’re not bad enough to be here, you’re in good company. It’s the most common reason people wait, and the consult exists for the person who isn’t sure if they qualify.

What happens after you book

Hormone Consult (BHRT) Path An intake with your Nurse Practitioner covering your symptoms, history, and hormone patterns in full. Bloodwork is completed in clinic, at an additional cost. Dr. Roxanne Ouellet, MD reviews your file and sets your individualized protocol. Your NP walks you through the plan and stays as your ongoing point of contact. Every recommendation is built around your full picture as you move through the process, not a standard protocol.

Naturopathic Consult Path A thorough intake with your Naturopathic Doctor covering nutrition, stress response, gut health, sleep, and cycle patterns, the systems that shape how your hormones function. Where it adds clarity, functional testing looks deeper at how those systems are interacting. You leave with answers and a plan that doesn’t need a prescription to begin. And if a medical evaluation makes sense for where you are, your ND will tell you.

Supportive Care Path Book directly. Each service has its own intake and can be used on its own or alongside a medical or naturopathic plan.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

You don’t need a referral. For any path.

You don’t need recent bloodwork to book. Bring what you have and if you don’t have anything, that’s okay too. If further testing is needed, we can run it in clinic.

Medical and naturopathic care aren’t competing options here. Some people start with one and move to the other. Some use both at once. The right path depends on your full picture, and figuring that out together is the point.

If you’ve already been told your results are normal but you still don’t feel right that’s a reason to come in, not a reason to wait.

You’ve spent long enough piecing this together on your own.

We’re here. No referral needed. In person or virtual.
